What is it?
A group session with a traditional format. Ever changing and evolving as a programme, this class will forever challenge you with new combinations of exercises. Suitable for anyone. Burn Fat / Lose weight.

Power Lifting
Power Lifting

£25 per month, £10 drop in charge

What is it?
A group powerlifting session every week following a set programme. All welcome, from beginners to advanced competitive athletes. To join, must complete an ‘Introduction to Powerlifting’ Session (unless otherwise agreed due to sufficient prior experience). These run every month and cost £25 and last 3 hours (you must contact Phil at info@bridgeroadbarbell.co.uk to arrange your space on one of these).

Olympic Lifting
Olympic Lifting

£35 per month, £12.50 per class drop in.
What is it?
Intention of this class is to teach the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch and their derivatives. Taught by an ex-competitive olympic lifter (currently training and competing with Team GB in the Bobsleigh. Suitable for anyone wanting to learn these lifts and become proficient, as well as cross fitters, competitive lifters, athletes requiring power training.Build Explosive Power, Speed and learn a great new skill set.

Strongman Training
Strongman Event Training

£25 per month of £10 per drop in cost.
What is it?
Each week we set up multiple strongman events to train. Atlas stones, yoke, farmers walk, duck walk, car deadlift, axle deadlift, log clean and press, sandbag carries, keg carries, car truck pull, tyre flips and much more. Suitable for anyone wanting to vary their strength training and get a tough all-over body workout and also anyone who wants to compete in strongman.

Kettle Bells

£25 per month, £10 drop in charge
What is it?
A strength / fitness / endurance class teaching correct technique with kettle bell exercises. Build muscle, strength, coordination and increase fitness and endurance. Great fun, learn new skills and get in great shape. Part of each session is dedicated to technique. Suitable for anyone, beginners to advanced.

Olympic Lifting
SledFit

£25 per month, £7.50 per drop in session
What is it?
A group fitness class involving bodyweight movements, strongman exercises, kettle bells and a selection of push/pull/drag sled exercises aimed to help those who attend build muscular endurance, general fitness, lose weight and especially burn fat. Suitable for anyone, no prior experience necessary.

A group boot camp style training session using strongman equipment. Good for building core strength, losing weight and improving fitness. Suitable for anyone, no prior experience necessary.
